There are rotating exhibitions and a free design gallery that houses Mackintosh's Oak Room (an absolute treat to see!).
The Tatha Bar & Kitchen is also fantastic.

Museum for the Royal Research Ship Discovery where you get to go on the ship! Learn all about Captain Scott's 1901 expedition to the Antarctic.

Free art gallery in a beautiful building. There are rotating exhibitions and a whale skeleton on the ground floor.

Verdant Works
Dundee is known for Jute, Jam, and Journalism. This museum shows the history of jute production in Dundee.
If you go on the Wednesday or Sunday, they turn on the machines and you can see the whole process.

Botanics
The Dundee Botanical Gardens are a great walk around and has a lovely little cafe for a nice afternoon stop.
